\nThe prices are expressed in euros (\u20ac) all taxes included (TTC) and is not subject to VAT (VAT not applicable, article 293B of the CGI).
\nThe prices indicated do not include shipping and delivery charges, which will be charged in addition and calculated beforehand on the site when ordering.
\nThe payment requested to the customer corresponds to the total amount of the purchase, all costs included.
\nAn invoice is established by SBL and delivered to the customer by e-mail when the products ordered are delivered.<\/p>\n

Article 4\u00a0\u16eb\u00a0Creation of the Customer Area
\nIn order to place an order, the customer has the possibility to create an account (personal space).
\nTo do so, he must fill out the form proposed to him. After the creation of its personal space, the client will receive a confirmation email.
\nWhen registering, the customer agrees to provide accurate information about her\/his contact details, including her\/his email address and to keep them up to date.
\nTo access its personal space and order history, the client will need to identify himself by using his username and password that he will have received in the confirmation email. The client will be held solely responsible in case of disclosure of its identifiers.
\nThe registration is open to the capable majors and minors on condition that they intervene under the supervision of the parent or guardian holding parental authority. Article 5\u00a0\u16eb\u00a0Orders
\nIt is up to the customer to select on the site www.sirconitta.com the products that he wishes to order in the following terms:
\nThe customer must select the desired products and add them to his basket indicating the quantities and sizes. The customer has the possibility to check the details of his order and his total price, and to go back to the previous pages to possibly correct the contents of his basket before validating it.
\nThe customer agrees to read the current GTC before accepting them and to validate his order. The validation of the order leads to the acceptance of the GTC and forms a contract concluded at a distance between the customer and SBL.
\nThe sale will only be validated after full payment of the price. It is up to the customer to check the accuracy of the order and immediately report any errors.
\nSBL reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order of a customer with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of an earlier order.

\nThe products ordered by the customer will be expected to arrive within 15 working days of the validation of the payment and will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer when validating his order on the site www.sirconitta.com.
\nIf the ordered products have not been delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date (except cause of force majeure and liability of the customer), the refund may be requested in writing by the customer (ART. L216-2, L216-3 of the consumer Code). The refund will take place no later than 15 days after the date of the request made by the customer.
\nIn the absence of reservations or claims issued by the customer upon receipt of the products, these will be considered as complying in quantity and quality to the order.

\nAfin de passer commande, le client a la possibilit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er un compte (espace personnel).
\nPour ce faire, il doit remplir le formulaire qui lui est propos\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s la cr\u00e9ation de son espace personnel, le client recevra un email de confirmation.
\nLors de son inscription, le client s’engage \u00e0 fournir des informations exactes sur ses coordonn\u00e9es, notamment son adresse e-mail et \u00e0 les tenir \u00e0 jour.
\nPour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 son espace personnel et \u00e0 l’historique de ses commandes, le client devra s’identifier en utilisant son identifiant et son mot de passe qu’il aura re\u00e7us dans l’email de confirmation. Le client sera seul responsable en cas de divulgation de ses identifiants.
\nL’inscription est ouverte aux majeurs et mineurs capables \u00e0 condition qu’ils interviennent sous le contr\u00f4le du parent ou tuteur titulaire de l’autorit\u00e9 parentale. En aucun cas, l’enregistrement ne sera autoris\u00e9 pour le compte de tiers \u00e0 moins qu’ils ne soient valablement habilit\u00e9s \u00e0 les repr\u00e9senter (par exemple, personne morale).

Article 5\u00a0\u16eb\u00a0Commandes
\nIl appartient au client de s\u00e9lectionner sur le site www.sirconitta.com les produits qu’il souhaite commander dans les conditions suivantes :
\nLe client doit s\u00e9lectionner les produits souhait\u00e9s et les ajouter \u00e0 son panier en indiquant les quantit\u00e9s et tailles. Le client a la possibilit\u00e9 de v\u00e9rifier le d\u00e9tail de sa commande et son prix total, et de revenir aux pages pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes pour \u00e9ventuellement corriger le contenu de son panier avant de le valider.

\nLes produits command\u00e9s par le client seront fournis dans les 15 jours ouvrables suivant la validation du paiement et seront livr\u00e9s \u00e0 l’adresse indiqu\u00e9e par le client lors de la validation de sa commande sur le site www.sirconitta.com.
\nSi les produits command\u00e9s n’ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9s dans les 30 jours suivant la date de livraison estim\u00e9e (sauf cas de force majeure et responsabilit\u00e9 du client), le remboursement pourra \u00eatre demand\u00e9 par \u00e9crit par le client (ART.
