Orders are prepared and dispatched from from Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays. Each ring is slow crafted in our atelier. Once your order has been confirmed, your parcel will be shipped within 10 days. Once shipped, you can expect your parcel to arrive within 5 to 10 working days. Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods (sales, Black Friday, etc.)

As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email including a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey. You can track your parcel on our delivery partner’s website, entering the tracking number that is sent to you. Please note that you will only be able to track your order the day after you receive the tracking number by email. In case you are absent the parcel is deposited at the nearest post office and will be listed in your follow-up. While extremely rare, if the delivery of your rings is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control or should your item become lost in the post, please get in touch. As a small artisan label, we appreciate your patience in such cases. These things are out of our control and we try our best to navigate postal challenges effectively. Thank you for your support and patience. Please note that we are unable to make deliveries to P.O. or Mail Boxes, which also unfortunately includes army bases. Working days are classed as Monday to Friday (not including Public or Bank holidays)

The standard shipping cost for Sirconitta shipments has a fixed fee of €10 which enables us in providing you with quality and faster shipment so you can enjoy your jewel(le)ry as soon as possible. Shipping is free for all orders over €150.

Our 15 days Return Policy

The fast fashion industry and high street giants have made impulsive shopping easier than ever. Sirconittas are slow crafted jewel(le)ry so please purchase mindfully, making sure that you have picked the correct size and that you’re committed to your purchase. Despite the care taken in making our rings, if you are not satisfied with your order, we are committed to refund it. The right of withdrawal must be reported by email at help@sirconitta.com.

You can request the return of your product within 15 days. You shall send back the products, without undue delay and in any event not later than 15 calendar days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the products. The deadline is met if you send back the products before the period of 15 days has expired. Warning: No exchange possible. If you return one or more product (s), you will be refunded and will have to recommend the desired product on sirconitta.com. If you do wish to return your item, please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU). To start the return process for your order, please follow the procedure, which you can find on our Terms and Conditions, Article 8, sirconitta.com/home/legal/.

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved. Return costs are at your own charge. We advise you to return the item(s) with recorded delivery. The risks related to this reshipment are at your own expenses; we would appreciate you emailing us the tracking information of your parcel. If the carrier loses the product during shipment, you are solely responsible for it and cannot be refunded. We are not responsible for items not received by us due to shipping issues. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Any returned jewel(le)ry must have not been worn and must be sent back in its packaging, including its bill. We’re counting on you. A non-compliant return will not be accepted and will be returned to you, at your own expenses.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 15 working days.

How to Place an Order

It is up to the customer to select on the site Sirconitta.com the rings that she/he wishes to order in the following terms: The customer must select the desired rings and add them to his bag indicating the quantities and sizes. The customer has the possibility to check the details of his order and his total price, and to go back to the previous pages to possibly correct the contents of his bag before validating it. The customer agrees to read the current GTC before accepting them and to validate his order. The validation of the order leads to the acceptance of the GTC and forms a contract concluded at a distance between the customer and Sirconitta. The sale will only be validated after full payment of the price. It is up to the customer to check the accuracy of the order and immediately report any errors. Sirconitta reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order of a customer with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of an earlier order. The information communicated by the customer when the order is validated commits it. The responsibility of Sirconitta cannot be questioned in the event that an error in the placing of the order prevents or delays the delivery.

Do I need an account to place an order? In order to place an order, the customer has the possibility to create an account (personal space). To do so, he must fill out the form proposed to him. After the creation of its personal space, the client will receive a confirmation email. When registering, the customer agrees to provide accurate information about his or her marital status and contact details, including their email address and to keep them up to date. To access its personal space and order history, the client will need to identify himself by using his username and password that he will have received in the confirmation email. The client will be held solely responsible in case of disclosure of its identifiers. The registration is open to the capable majors and minors on condition that they intervene under the supervision of the parent or guardian holding parental authority. Under no circumstances shall registration be authorized on behalf of third parties unless they are validly entitled to represent them (e.g. legal person). In case of non-compliance by the customer with any of these provisions, Sirconitta reserves the right to cancel without notice his account. The creation of an account leads to the acceptance of the current GTC.

 Care Instructions for Bronze
Sirconitta rings are made to last a lifetime; Bronze will tarnish over time, and the oxidation process will progress much faster if the bronze comes into contact with agents such as perfume, salty air, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine and acidic skin pH levels. Tarnishing is therefore not a manufacturing fault but a result of wear and tear; If you wish to clean it please add a drop of mild soap to warm water and clean the bronze with a soft toothbrush;

᛫ Care Instructions for Cubic Zirconia
To clean CZ stones, soak the ring in a small bowl of warm water mixed with mild soap. Use a soft bristle toothbrush to gently brush the stones.

Please note that you should never expose your Sirconitta rings to harsh chemicals or chemicals meant for cleaning other jewel(le)ry; Jewel(le)ry cleaning agents may alter the colo(u)r of the ring and damage the cubic zirconia.
